My week-without-weights is approaching its end, and I’ve been taking advantage of the hiatus to do some serious treadmill work. After some time on the speed bag, I ran two miles on the treadmill at my usual 5.5 mph. This is a total of four miles in two days, not bad. I then did 20 minutes on the stationary cycle at 19.6 mph.
