A fairly quick gym session today. I started out with a 2-mile run on the treadmill at 5.5 mph, and then did quite a few neutral grip pull-ups: 2 x 8, 5 x 6. For the two sets of eight and the first set at six, I used a wider set of handles, which also are turned slightly to the outside, while for the remaining ones I used a set which provide a narrower and parallel grip.
