No training session today, though I did quite a bit of reading for the upcoming license exam.  I went to the gym around 3:30 and had a tough but satisfying leg session.  Life Fitness leg extensions: 3 x 8 x 190, 2 x 8 x 195.  Seated leg curls: 2 x 8 x 185, 2 x 8 x 190.  SLDL’s: 8 x 185, 8 x 190, 8 x 195, 8 x 200.  Kettlebell swings: 2 x 10 with a 50-pounder.  I also did two sessions on the heavy bag, a punching session of about seven or eight minutes and then ten minutes of kicking.
