No travel today, as I await Friday’s licensing exam.  I went to the gym in the early afternoon and did the back work that I had planned to do yesterday.  Not too crowded today. Same exercises as last week, but with the weights pushed up a bit.  Deadlifts: 6 x 6 x 245.  Cable rows: 2 x 8 x 190, 2 x 6 x 180, 2 x 6 x 170.  I ellipted for 20 minutes and finished with kettlebell swings, 2 x 10 with a 50-pounder.
