After all the running I’ve been doing, I decided to stretch my break to two days and therefore stayed away from the treadmill for yet another day.  It was just a quick shoulder and leg session.  Hammer Strength shoulder presses: 4 x 8 x 100/100.  Life Fitness seated leg curls: 3 x 8 x 190.  Precor leg curls: 8 x 205, 8 x 210, 8 x 215, 8 x 220, 8 x 225.
