Too sore for the gym on Saturday, after yesterday’s weight session.  On Sunday, however, I managed a decent session.  It started with a one-mile run on the treadmill at 4.6 mph, followed by 20 minutes on the stationary cycle at 18.5 mph, and ended with 12 minutes’ ellipting.  Doing 12 minutes instead of 10 meant that I got in a full 45 minutes of exercise.
