Saturday, May 7/Sunday, May 8

All in all it was a pretty good weekend at the gym.  Really good, in fact.  Saturday I went for a bench press session, and despite my mediocre recent attendance record I did extremely well: 6 x 135, 6 x 155, 6 x 185, 6 x 205, 8 x 225, 2 x 4 x 225, 6 x 185.  The eight reps at 225 were just one short of my all-time record.  And all of them were full range of motion reps.  Sunday I did T-bar rows, like last week using the non-chest-supported apparatus: 8 x 115, 8 x 125, 8 x 135, 2 x 8 x 145.  I then did cable biceps curls, using the rope attachment: 2 x 8 x 110, 2 x 8 x 90.
