Saturday, October 1 – Sunday, October 2

October got off to a nice start.  I worked for just a few hours early on Saturday and managed to do very well.  In fact I did more in these three hours than I did in the entire week up to that point.  Yes, I used the more proactive “fill this out” approach with people today, managing to overcome my fears, and it worked well.  As a form of reward I decided to go to the gym on both Saturday and Sunday.  It’s been a long time.  Saturday was a bench press session: 6 x 135, 6 x 155, 6 x 185, 6 x 205, 4 x 3 x 225, 8 x 185.  I did some back and biceps work on Sunday.  Hammer Strength MTS High Row: 3 x 8 x 100/100.  Cable curls: 4 x 10 x 120.  Hammer Strength MTS Front Pulldown: 3 x 6 x 100/100.
