Saturday, July 21 – Sunday, July 22

Two decent days at the gym.  It was bench pressing on Saturday: 6 x 135, 6 x 165, 4 x 185, 2 x 205, 3 x 6 x 225, 8 x 185.  On  Sunday, I did leg work.  Life Fitness seated leg press: 4 x 10 x 395.  Seated leg curls: 3 x 8 x 185.  Life Fitness horizontal leg press: 3 x 8 x 195.  What I’m hoping is that after next week, my final week in West Haven, my daily schedule will be less exhausting and I’ll be able to make it to the gym at least a couple of evenings during the week.  Going solely on weekends isn’t quite enough.
