Saturday, July 28 – Sunday, July 29

I’m sort of mad at myself.  The fact that I went to the gym on Friday should not have been an excuse not to go on Saturday.  Things didn’t work out that way, as I got distracted with other stuff on Saturday and ended up not going.  My bad.  At least I had a decent back session on Sunday.  Hammer Strength MTS high rows: 4 x 8 x 100/100.  Hammer Strength MTS front pulldowns: 4 x 6 x 100/100. Hammer Strength (is this brand loyalty?) ground-based deadlifts: 3 x 6 x 360.
