Saturday, August 11 – Sunday, August 12

I had a pretty decent back session at the gym on Saturday.  Barbell rows: 8 x 155, 8 x 165, 8 x 175, 2 x 8 x 185.  Neutral grip pull-ups: 1 x 5, 2 x 4, 3 x 3, 2 x 2.  Other things intervened on Sunday and I wasn’t able to make it to the gym.
