Friday, November 30 – Sunday, December 2

Friday was a day off, as will be the case for the next couple of weeks, but I got in a pretty good gym session.  T-bar rows: 6 x 8 x 140.  Life Fitness lower back extensions: 5 x 10 x 230.  On Saturday, I did some benching, with very nice results: 6 x 135, 6 x 185, 5 x 5 x 225, 8 x 185, 10 x 135.  Didn’t do much of anything on Sunday, though.
