Saturday, March 9 – Sunday, March 10

Heh.  I actually made it to the gym both days this weekend, which may sound like a minor accomplishment but actually is the first such weekend in, well, a long time.  We’ll leave it at that.  On Saturday, I did T-bar rows, 4 x 8 x 135, 2 x 8 x 105, followed by Hammer Strength MTS shoulder presses, 3 x 8 x 100/100.  Sunday was bench press day: 6 x 135, 6 x 185, 3 x 4 x 225, 8 x 185, 10 x 135.
