Some decent bench pressing on Saturday. I did 6 x 135, 6 x 185, 4 x 205, 4 x 4 x 225, 8 x 185. After the benching I did some work on the rowing machine, about 15 minutes at an admittedly leisurely pace. No tries for any new speed records tonight. I decided to take Sunday off from the gym, though in the evening I had my usual Buddhist meditation session at the yoga center. There was a different leader/instructor/whatever the term is, a pleasant middle-aged woman, and while the regular [whatever] is very good it was nice to get a different perspective.
