Interesting? Not a chance.
Expounding on all the interesting things I did these two day would be rather pointless because not too much happened. Actually, maybe that isn’t true. I was taken by surprise Monday morning by the several inches of snow which fell overnight. Mostly this was because I hardly ever pay attention to weather forecasts. It actually didn’t take longer than usual to get to the day’s worksite, near Exit 57, as traffic was relatively light. Most likely, some people decided to work from home, meaning less traffic. I had a very busy workday, staying about an hour longer than usual, and of course then had to do some shoveling.
Tuesday’s worksite was off the Sunrise Highway, and even though the weather was fine traffic moved a lot more slowly than the day before. That appeared to confirm my theory about people working from home. It was an easier workday, and later that afternoon we had an early dinner at Outback Steakhouse. Hadn’t been there in a couple years or so, and it’s as good as ever.
